Med Tracking is a mobile application designed for medication tracking and reminders. The App reminds medication intake times, tracks stock, and securely stores health data.

IMPORTANT: This app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Med Tracking is only a reminder and tracking tool. It never replaces professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Seek immediate medical help in emergencies. Med Tracking is not responsible for any issues arising from app usage.

4. User Responsibilities

When using the App:

Accurate Information Entry: You must keep medication information accurate and up-to-date
Authorization: You may only enter medication information for yourself or persons you are authorized to manage
Security: You must keep your account information secure and not share it with others
Prohibited Use: You may not use the App for illegal purposes or abuse

5. Account Security

You are responsible for the security of your account information. If you notice any suspicious activity, contact us immediately.

6. Subscription and Payments

The App offers free and premium subscription plans. Payments made through Apple App Store and Google Play Store are subject to the relevant platform policies. Subscriptions auto-renew, and you can cancel anytime.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, logo, design, and content belong to Med Tracking and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or use is prohibited.

8. Service Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate the terms of use. When your account is terminated, your data will be stored within legal retention periods.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided 'as is'. We are not responsible for reminders not working on time, data loss, or app errors.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Med Tracking is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from app usage.

11. Governing Law

These terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any dispute will be resolved in Turkish courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes. If you do not accept the changes, you may stop using the App.
